目的：为研究髓内针内固定治疗第五掌骨颈骨折的方法，并评估其疗效。方法：对30例第五掌骨颈骨折患者采用髓内针内固定治疗，纠正背向成角畸形，术后掌侧石膏托外固定3周。结果：30例骨折均愈合，骨折愈合时间4～6周，平均5周。按骨折术后背向成角畸形纠正情况，分为优（完全纠正，背向成角＝0°）20例，良（部分纠正，背向成角≤30°）9例，可（30°≤背向成角＜40°）1例。结论：髓内针内固定治疗第五掌骨颈骨折，方法确实可靠，病人能较早活动掌指关节，是恢复患手功能的有效治疗方法。
目的：為研究髓內針內固定治療第五掌骨頸骨摺的方法，併評估其療效。方法：對30例第五掌骨頸骨摺患者採用髓內針內固定治療，糾正揹嚮成角畸形，術後掌側石膏託外固定3週。結果：30例骨摺均愈閤，骨摺愈閤時間4～6週，平均5週。按骨摺術後揹嚮成角畸形糾正情況，分為優（完全糾正，揹嚮成角＝0°）20例，良（部分糾正，揹嚮成角≤30°）9例，可（30°≤揹嚮成角＜40°）1例。結論：髓內針內固定治療第五掌骨頸骨摺，方法確實可靠，病人能較早活動掌指關節，是恢複患手功能的有效治療方法。
목적：위연구수내침내고정치료제오장골경골절적방법，병평고기료효。방법：대30례제오장골경골절환자채용수내침내고정치료，규정배향성각기형，술후장측석고탁외고정3주。결과：30례골절균유합，골절유합시간4～6주，평균5주。안골절술후배향성각기형규정정황，분위우（완전규정，배향성각＝0°）20례，량（부분규정，배향성각≤30°）9례，가（30°≤배향성각＜40°）1례。결론：수내침내고정치료제오장골경골절，방법학실가고，병인능교조활동장지관절，시회복환수공능적유효치료방법。
Objective:In order to study in the marrow in the needle to treat the fifth metacarpal bone neck bone fracture fixedly the method,and appraises its curative effect.Methods:Uses in the marrow to 30 example fifth metacarpal bone neck bone fracture patient in the needle the fixed treatment,the correc-tion dislikes the angle to be abnormal,after the technique,outside the volar gypsum holds the fixed 3 weeks.Results:30 example bone fractures heal,bone fracture cicatrization time 4~6 weeks,average 5 weeks.To becomes the angle abnormal correction situation according to the bone fracture technique back, divides into superiorly (corrects completely,dislikes angle=0°)20 examples,good (part corrects,dislikes angle≤30°)9 examples,but (30°≤ dislikes an-gle <40°)1 example.Conclusion:In the marrow in the needle treats the fifth metacarpal bone neck bone fracture fixedly,the method is reliable,the patient can move the palm knuckle early,is restores the trouble function the effective method of treatment.
