目的：探讨米力农治疗小儿先天性心脏病并发重症肺炎及心力衰竭的主要方法及其治疗效果。方法：随机选择2012年2月～2013年2月我院收治的60例小儿先天性心脏病并发重症肺炎及心力衰竭患者作为研究对象，将60例患者随机分为研究组（30例）和对照组（30例），给予对照组包括心电监护、抗感染以及吸氧等内在的常规方法治疗，研究组在给予常规治疗的基础上加上米力农治疗。对比分析两组的之临床疗效。结果：研究组的临床症状、体征平稳、所需时间方面均明显高于对照组，两组对比差异明显（P＜0．05），具有统计学意义。结论：米力农治疗小儿先天性心脏病并发重症肺炎及心力衰竭上疗效非常显著，且用时少，安全性高，值得在临床上推广和使用。

Objective:to study the m force farmers treatment of children with congenital heart disease complicated with severe pneumonia and the main method of heart failure and its therapeutic effect.Methods:randomly selected from February 2012 to our hospital in February 2013,60 cases of pediatric pa-tients with congenital heart disease complicated with severe pneumonia and heart failure as the research object,60 cases were randomly divided into research group (30 cases)and control group (30 cases),giving the control group including ecg monitoring,anti-infection and internal conventional methods,such as oxygen therapy,the team on the basis of given routine therapy combined with rice farmers treatment.Comparative analysis of two groups of clinical cura-tive effect.Results:the team's clinical symptoms,signs time needed for a smooth can significantly due to the control group,significant difference comparing the two groups (P < 0.05),with statistical significance.Conclusion:m force farmers to treat children with congenital heart disease complicated with severe pneumonia and heart failure the curative effect is significant,and less time,high safety,is worth popularizing in clinic.
