目的：研究经皮肾镜碎石取石术与开放性手术处理复杂性肾结石的临床疗效。方法：从我院复杂性肾结石患者中选取68例，并分为治疗组和对照组，均34例，对比两组患者临床指标、结石清除率和并发症发生率。结果：对比两组患者手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、结石清除率和并发症发生率， P＜0．05。结论：在治疗复杂性肾结石临床上经皮肾镜碎石取石术效果显著。

목적：연구경피신경쇄석취석술여개방성수술처리복잡성신결석적림상료효。방법：종아원복잡성신결석환자중선취68례，병분위치료조화대조조，균34례，대비량조환자림상지표、결석청제솔화병발증발생솔。결과：대비량조환자수술시간、술중출혈량、주원시간、결석청제솔화병발증발생솔， P＜0．05。결론：재치료복잡성신결석림상상경피신경쇄석취석술효과현저。
Objective:To study the percutaneous nephrolithotomy lithotomy for clinical efficacy and open operation in treatment of complicated renal cal-culi.Methods:the patients with complex renal calculi in 68 cases in our hospital were selected,and divided into treatment group and control group,34 cases, compared two groups of patients with clinical index,the stone free rate and complication rate.Results:compared two groups of patients with operation time, intraoperative blood loss,hospitalization time,stone free rate and complication rate,P<0.05.Conclusion:in the treatment of complicated renal calculi clini-cal percutaneous nephrolithotomy effect.
