目的：探讨胎盘早剥患者的临床特征与护理方法。方法：回顾性分析我院2012年1月至2014年7月间收治的胎盘早剥患者56例临床资料。结果：本组患者56例，其中行剖宫产48例，顺产8例，术后大出血6例，因子宫胎盘卒中行子宫全切术1例，所有患者经治疗后均痊愈，无死亡病例；新生儿窒息21例，经抢救后均痊愈，无死亡病例。结论：对胎盘早剥患者实施及时有效的临床护理，可及时发现和控制病情，缓解患者精神压力，提高治疗效果，能够有效降低并发症的发生率和病死率，值得推广。

목적：탐토태반조박환자적림상특정여호리방법。방법：회고성분석아원2012년1월지2014년7월간수치적태반조박환자56례림상자료。결과：본조환자56례，기중행부궁산48례，순산8례，술후대출혈6례，인자궁태반졸중행자궁전절술1례，소유환자경치료후균전유，무사망병례；신생인질식21례，경창구후균전유，무사망병례。결론：대태반조박환자실시급시유효적림상호리，가급시발현화공제병정，완해환자정신압력，제고치료효과，능구유효강저병발증적발생솔화병사솔，치득추엄。
Objective:To investigate the clinical characteristics and nursing methods of patients with placental abruption.Methods:retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2012January to placental abruption in 2014 July the clinical data of 56 cases of patients with.Results:56 cases of this group of patients,in-cluding cesarean section in 48 cases,8 cases had postoperative bleeding,6 cases,1 cases with total resection of uterine placenta pawn bank uterus,all pa-tients were cured after treatment,there were no deaths;neonatal asphyxia 2 1 cases,after the rescue were cured,no death case.Conclusion:the clinical nursing of placental abruption in a timely and effective implementation of the patients,can detect and control the disease,relieve mental pressure of patients, improve the therapeutic effect,can effectively reduce the incidence of complications and mortality rate,worthy of promotion.
