用正交试验对微波热解生物质工艺进行了探讨。在氮气氛围和K2CO3为添加剂的条件下,得出了最佳工艺条件为:微波功率1500W、热解温度为700℃、热解时间30min、添加剂/木屑的质量比为1/30,液相得率为30.3%。
用正交試驗對微波熱解生物質工藝進行瞭探討。在氮氣氛圍和K2CO3為添加劑的條件下,得齣瞭最佳工藝條件為:微波功率1500W、熱解溫度為700℃、熱解時間30min、添加劑/木屑的質量比為1/30,液相得率為30.3%。

Orthogonal experiment method was applied to explore the biomass microwave pyrolysis technology. Under the conditions of nitrogen and add to the K2CO3,the best conditions were as followed: microwave power 1500W, antipyretic temperature 700℃ , antipyretic time 30 minutes, the quality of the additives/ wood was 1/30. The liquid yield was 30.3%.
