对广西半红树植物草海桐叶的石油醚提取样和乙酸乙酯提取样,采用GC-MS技术及琼脂扩散法的牛津杯法,进行化学成分分析和抑菌活性研究,样品中各化学成分的相对含量用面积归一法确定。在实验条件下,草海桐叶的石油醚部分分离出21个峰,鉴定了16个,占总峰面积的90.46%,其主要成分为棕榈酸(27.59%)、亚麻酸(14.15%)、植醇(11.58%)等;该部分对肺炎克伯氏菌的抑菌圈直径达到13mm。乙酸乙酯部分共分离出36个峰,鉴定了29个,占总峰面积的78.15%,其主要成分为别嘌呤醇(7.41%)、吲哚-3-乙酸肼(6.55%)、4,6-二甲基-7-乙基氨基香豆素(4.59%)、棕榈酸(5.2%)、莨菪亭(4.71%)、亚麻酸(6.3%)、7-羟基香豆素(4.72%)等;该部分对普通变形杆菌的抑菌圈直径达到15mm,对金黄色葡萄球菌、肺炎克伯氏菌和铜绿假单胞菌均达到14mm。

The main volatile chemical constituents of petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extraction of scaevola sericea leaves were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS) and then the antibacterial activity of the extraction was also studied with Oxford-cup agar diffusion method. It was revealed that 21 peaks appeared in GC-MS spectrogram of the petroleum ether sample,of which 16 peaks had been identified ,accounting for 90.46% of the total area. There were n-hexadecanoic acid(27.59%),9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid(14.15%), phytol(11.58%) and so on. The crude sample showed antibacterial activity with zones of inhibition of 13mm against keboshi bacteria pneumonia.besides,36 peaks appeared in GC-MS spectrogram of the ethyl acetate extraction and 29 peaks, 78.15% of the total area, had been identified. There were allopurinol (7.41%),1H-indole-3-acetic acid, hydrazide (6.55%), 2H-1-benzopyran-2-one, 7-(ethylamino)-4,6-dimethyl- (4.59%) , n-hexadecanoic acid(5.2%), scopoletin(4.71%), 9,12,15-octadecatrienoic acid (6.3%), 7-hydroxycoumarin (4.72%) and so on. The crude sample showed antibacterial activity with zones of inhibition of 15mm against proteus vulgaris, and 14mm against staphylococcus aureus, keboshi bacteria pneumonia and pseudomonas aeruginosa.
