采用水提醇沉法提取八角叶多糖,苯酚-硫酸法测定了八角叶的多糖含量。利用正交设计方法优化得到最佳提取工艺条件为:提取温度75℃、料液比1∶50、提取时间3h、提取次数2次,所得八角叶粗多糖产率达12.87%,粗多糖中多糖总含量为28.22%。

The water extraction and alcohol precipitation were selected to extract polysaccharides from illicium verum leaves and the phenol-sulfuric acid method was used to determine the polysaccharide content. The optimal extraction process was selected with the orthogonal test design.The optimal extraction process was extraction temperature 75℃ , with 2h, with 1:50 (g /mL) of illicium verum leaves weight to distilled water and extraction for 2 times. The optimum extraction rate o f polysaccharide from illicium verum leaves was 12.87% and the total content of crude polysaccharides was 28.22%.
