从针灸疗法、针刀疗法、推拿疗法、其他疗法4方面入手综述中医治疗腰三横突综合征的相关研究，目前治疗腰三横突综合征的方法主要有针灸、针刀、推拿、药敷、穴位注射、理疗、腰背肌锻炼等，各方法均有一定疗效，且综合疗法效果优于单一疗法，但诸多研究治疗方法量化不足，疗效客观评价相对较少，可能导致论文可信度不足。
從針灸療法、針刀療法、推拿療法、其他療法4方麵入手綜述中醫治療腰三橫突綜閤徵的相關研究，目前治療腰三橫突綜閤徵的方法主要有針灸、針刀、推拿、藥敷、穴位註射、理療、腰揹肌鍛煉等，各方法均有一定療效，且綜閤療法效果優于單一療法，但諸多研究治療方法量化不足，療效客觀評價相對較少，可能導緻論文可信度不足。
종침구요법、침도요법、추나요법、기타요법4방면입수종술중의치료요삼횡돌종합정적상관연구，목전치료요삼횡돌종합정적방법주요유침구、침도、추나、약부、혈위주사、리료、요배기단련등，각방법균유일정료효，차종합요법효과우우단일요법，단제다연구치료방법양화불족，료효객관평개상대교소，가능도치논문가신도불족。
The researches on Chinese medicine in treating the syndrome of the third transverse lumbar verte-brae were summarized from the aspects of acupuncture, needle-knife therapy, massage and other methods. Currently, acupuncture, needle-knife therapy, massage, topical application of drugs, acupoints injection, physiotherapy and lumbodorsal muscles exercises were used to treat the syndrome of the third transverse lumbar vertebrae with certain effects and the effects of combining therapies were better than the single method. But for the deficient quantities of studied therapies, the fewer cases for the objective evaluation of the curative effect may decrease the reliability of the results.
