对近年来中药灌肠治疗重型肝炎现状进行回顾，通过系统的文献整理和分析，从病因病机的认识、临床疗效、实验研究等方面概括近几年中药灌肠治疗重型肝炎的相关研究，指出中药灌肠可有效改善患者总胆红素、凝血酶原活动度等相关指标，减少并发症的发生，提高生存率，疗效确切。

To review the present status of Chinese herbs enema in treating severe hepatitis in recent years, the study related to the treatment of severe hepatitis by enema with Chinese herbs were concluded through the relevant literatures systematically sorted and analyzed from the perspective of the etiology and pathogenesis knowledge, clini-cal effects and experimental research. The conclusion obtained was that the Chinese herbs enema with the accurate effect can improve the relevant indexes as total bilirubin and prothrombin activity as well as reduce the complication to increase the survival rate of severe hepatitis.
