目的:探讨母婴床旁护理模式在妇产科的应用及其与传统护理模式的效果比较。方法:将148对母婴随机分为观察组和对照组,观察组76对采取母婴床旁护理,对照组72对采取常规护理方式。比较2组母婴出院时的母乳喂养率、产妇相关健康知识知晓率和对护理工作的满意度等。结果:母婴床旁护理组母乳喂养率、产妇健康知识知晓率与婴儿护理技术掌握情况、对护理工作的满意度均优于传统护理组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:母婴床旁护理能促进产妇对母婴保健等相关健康知识的掌握,可提高产妇照顾婴儿的能力和技能,对护理工作满意度的提高也有一定的促进作用。

목적:탐토모영상방호리모식재부산과적응용급기여전통호리모식적효과비교。방법:장148대모영수궤분위관찰조화대조조,관찰조76대채취모영상방호리,대조조72대채취상규호리방식。비교2조모영출원시적모유위양솔、산부상관건강지식지효솔화대호리공작적만의도등。결과:모영상방호리조모유위양솔、산부건강지식지효솔여영인호리기술장악정황、대호리공작적만의도균우우전통호리조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론:모영상방호리능촉진산부대모영보건등상관건강지식적장악,가제고산부조고영인적능력화기능,대호리공작만의도적제고야유일정적촉진작용。
Objective: To discuss the application of beside maternal-child nursing in the department of obstet-rics and gynecology and make a comparison between the modes of beside maternal-child nursing and traditional nursing. Methods: All 148 mothers with children were randomized into the observation group with 76 pairs given be-side maternal-child nursing and the control group with 72 pairs administered traditional nursing method. The breast-feeding rate, the awareness rate of health knowledge relevant to puerpera and the patients' satisfaction for the nursing job were compared in both groups. Results: The breast-feeding rate, the awareness rate of health knowledge relevant to puerperal and the mastery of baby nursing technology as well as the patients' satisfactory degree in the observation group were superior to these in the control group, the differences showed statistical meaning. Conclusion: Bedside maternal-child nursing method can promote the puerpera to grasp the knowledge of maternal-child health, improve mother's abilities and skills in taking care of children and increase patients' satisfaction to a certain degree.
