With the development of cloud computing, art education cloud environment has been gradually form. Combine vari?ous art education institutions, educational organizations and operators together to build an"Open Art Cloud"public service plat?form, and implement the art education of virtual network. Thereby, the fairness of art education would be promoted and the teaching quality be balanced, continuing the steady development of network art education.
