股权激励是现今企业的主流管理模式。针对焦家金矿采掘车间的绩效考核问题，提出了一种出矿质量绩效管理系统。该系统以股权激励－约束机制为基础，基于UCML平台开发，利用SQL Server 2008管理系统数据库，基于HTML5在客户端能够动态地生成并更新车间绩效股价走势图。应用实践表明，该系统能够实现采掘车间生产信息的综合管理，实时反映车间股价走势，有效地激励员工工作积极性，为提高采掘车间的生产质量和工作效率发挥了积极的助推作用。

Equity incentive has been the mainstream enterprise management mode now .The ore quality perform-ance management system is proposed for performance evaluation in mining workshops of Jiaojia Gold Mine in this pa -per .The system is developed on UCML based on equity incentive-restraint mechanism , SQL Server 2008 is used to manage the system database ,and the price movements based on HTML 5 are plotted and updated on the client .Experi-mental results show that the system proposed in this paper reflecting the real-time price movements can realize the in-tegrated management of mining workshop’s production information,effectively increasing workers’initiative,production quality and working efficiency .
