目的：探讨人流术后使用屈螺酮炔雌醇的治疗效果。方法选择我院妇产科收治的100例孕8周~12周实施人流手术终止妊娠患者，全部患者均使用益母草，观察组患者于人流术后使用屈螺酮炔雌醇，每日1片，持续21 d。随访并比较2组患者术后阴道出血时间、出血量，月经复潮情况。结果2组患者术后阴道出血时间、出血量，月经复潮时间及出血量对比差异明显（P<0.05）。结论屈螺酮炔雌醇可显著降低人流术后阴道出血量，缩短出血时间，促使月经早日复潮，改善预后，提高生活质量。
목적：탐토인류술후사용굴라동결자순적치료효과。방법선택아원부산과수치적100례잉8주~12주실시인류수술종지임신환자，전부환자균사용익모초，관찰조환자우인류술후사용굴라동결자순，매일1편，지속21 d。수방병비교2조환자술후음도출혈시간、출혈량，월경복조정황。결과2조환자술후음도출혈시간、출혈량，월경복조시간급출혈량대비차이명현（P<0.05）。결론굴라동결자순가현저강저인류술후음도출혈량，축단출혈시간，촉사월경조일복조，개선예후，제고생활질량。
Objective To discuss the contraceptive effect of drospirenone and ethjnylestradi0l in women of 8-l2 gestational weeks after abortion.Methods 100 women after abortion of our department were selected for research.They were divided into two different groups in random. Two groups of women were given leonurus in common. The women in observation group were given one piece of drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablet every night for 21 days since termination of pregnancy.All the cases were followed up for 3 months. The duration and volume of postoperative vaginal bleeding and menstrual recovery status were observed.Adverse reactions and receiving degree of the patients during treatment were observed.Results After statistics contrast,there were significant differences in the duration and volume of postoperative vaginal bleeding and menstrual recovery status between observation group and control group f (P<0.05).Less adverse reactions were observed.Conclusion Timely taking drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets after termination of pregnancy may reduce the volume of vaginal bleeding,shorten the time of vaginal bleeding,and avoid repetitive abortions. Curative effect is safety and reliable.
