目的：探讨全膝关节表面置换的手术技巧。方法总结我院2008年1月—2012年2月67例全膝关节表面置换患者的手术技巧，评价其疗效。结果本组67例患者均获得15.6个月（11个月~24个月）的随访；术后第6个月膝关节功能HSS评分（91.15±8.52）分，优46例，良19例，可2例，差0例，优良率97.01%。结论掌握全膝关节表面置换的手术技巧是治疗成功的关键。
목적：탐토전슬관절표면치환적수술기교。방법총결아원2008년1월—2012년2월67례전슬관절표면치환환자적수술기교，평개기료효。결과본조67례환자균획득15.6개월（11개월~24개월）적수방；술후제6개월슬관절공능HSS평분（91.15±8.52）분，우46례，량19례，가2례，차0례，우량솔97.01%。결론장악전슬관절표면치환적수술기교시치료성공적관건。
Objective To summarize the comprehend of operation technique of whole knee joint replacement. Methods Between January 2008 and February 2012,67 patients of whole knee joint replacement were treated, summarized the operation technique and curative effect. Results All patients were followed average 15.6 months(11~24 months).Knee joint functional score in sixth month was (91.15±8.52):46 patients were well,19 patients were good,2 patients were acceptable,0 patient was no good,the good and acceptable rat was 97.01%. Conclusion It is the key point of knee joint replacement to succeed that operation technique of whole knee joint replacement.
