目的：测定黄精膏中水溶性总糖、多糖含量。方法：采用紫外可见分光光度法，经0.2%蒽酮-硫酸溶液显色测定黄精膏中的总糖、多糖含量。结果：实验测得黄精膏中总糖、多糖含量分别为85.63%、31.70%。精密度、回收率实验结果理想。结论：该方法简便、快速、准确，灵敏度高。

Objective: To detect the contents of water-soluble total sugar and polysaccharide contained in HuangJingointment. Methods: The contents of total sugar and polysaccharide inHuangJingointment were measured by UV spectrophotometry afterHuangJingointment colored by 0.2% anthranone-sulfuric acid solution. Results: The experiments showed that the contents of total sugar and polysaccharide could reach 85.63% and 31.7% respectively. The accuracy and recovery rate were perfect. Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and highly sensitive.
