为了满足痕量气体检测系统对高精度激光器驱动电源的需求,基于DSP的高速运算性能,通过内环模拟反馈与外环PID控制算法相结合的双反馈模式来达到精确控制激光器驱动电流的目的,设计了一种基于DSP的 DFB 激光器驱动电源。以中心波长为1651 nm 的 DFB 激光器进行驱动性能测试,线性度达到99.996%。连续50小时不间断工作,驱动电流的波动幅度仅有0.004mA,为DFB激光器在痕量气体浓度检测方向提供了有力保障。

To meet the need of high-precision DFB laser driver used in trace gas detection, designed a laser driver circuit based on DSP that has high-speed computation. It combined the analog feedback with PID control algorithm to control the laser driver circuit more precise. The DFB laser driver is used to drive a DFB laser whose central wave-length is 1651nm, and the linearity getting from the experiment is 99. 996%. The current of the laser driver which is continuous working for 50 hours is 0. 004mA. The DFB laser driver provides a strong guarantee for trace gas detection.
