以农用拖拉机为研究对象,基于计算机仿真软件建立了农用拖拉机实际工况的分析模型,为解决拖拉机重载、大功率等使用要求,分析了齿轮承载能力、齿根受力分布等。分析结果表明,农用拖拉机工况复杂,但是拖拉机实际使用过程中安全系数均满足要求,仍能实现安全服役的目的;随着齿轮运转,轮齿齿面受力呈先增大后减小的趋势,且在齿面中间前后达到最大值;齿轮齿根应力分布随着轮齿啮合先增大后减小,最大值出现在齿轮齿宽中间前后。
以農用拖拉機為研究對象,基于計算機倣真軟件建立瞭農用拖拉機實際工況的分析模型,為解決拖拉機重載、大功率等使用要求,分析瞭齒輪承載能力、齒根受力分佈等。分析結果錶明,農用拖拉機工況複雜,但是拖拉機實際使用過程中安全繫數均滿足要求,仍能實現安全服役的目的;隨著齒輪運轉,輪齒齒麵受力呈先增大後減小的趨勢,且在齒麵中間前後達到最大值;齒輪齒根應力分佈隨著輪齒齧閤先增大後減小,最大值齣現在齒輪齒寬中間前後。
이농용타랍궤위연구대상,기우계산궤방진연건건립료농용타랍궤실제공황적분석모형,위해결타랍궤중재、대공솔등사용요구,분석료치륜승재능력、치근수력분포등。분석결과표명,농용타랍궤공황복잡,단시타랍궤실제사용과정중안전계수균만족요구,잉능실현안전복역적목적;수착치륜운전,륜치치면수력정선증대후감소적추세,차재치면중간전후체도최대치;치륜치근응력분포수착륜치교합선증대후감소,최대치출현재치륜치관중간전후。
Using agricultural tractor as the research object, the analysis model of the actual working conditions of agricultural tractor was established based on computer simulation software, and analyzed the gear bearing capacity, the tooth root stress distribution and the like, in order to solve the large power requirements of the heavy load on tractors. The final results showed that the agricultural tractors working condition was complex, but the safety factor met the requirements during actual use of tractors, and could still achieve the purpose of the security service. The force of gear tooth surface showed a trend of an increase first and then decrease with the gear running, and reached a maximum around in the middle of the tooth width. Gear root stress distribution increased first and then decreased along with the meshing, the maximum value appeared in the middle of the gear width.
