目的：明确功能性消化不良现代临床文献中的中医证候分布规律及辨证分型标准。方法：检索中国知网及维普数据库，筛选出符合纳入标准的文献，全文阅读提取证候类型及辨证依据等资料，进行描述性统计。结果：纳入的文献共46篇，涉及37个中医证型，出现频率最高的8个证型为肝胃不和22次，脾胃虚弱17次，寒热错杂16次，饮食积滞15次，肝郁脾虚14次，肝郁气滞14次，脾胃虚寒14次，脾胃湿热12次，8个证型中，腹胀为共有症状，并涉及脾、胃、肝三个病位，以及气滞、气虚、寒、热、湿、食积等病性。结论：随着研究的开展，功能性消化不良的中医辨证标准越来越凸显“脾失健运”这一核心病机。
목적：명학공능성소화불량현대림상문헌중적중의증후분포규률급변증분형표준。방법：검색중국지망급유보수거고，사선출부합납입표준적문헌，전문열독제취증후류형급변증의거등자료，진행묘술성통계。결과：납입적문헌공46편，섭급37개중의증형，출현빈솔최고적8개증형위간위불화22차，비위허약17차，한열착잡16차，음식적체15차，간욱비허14차，간욱기체14차，비위허한14차，비위습열12차，8개증형중，복창위공유증상，병섭급비、위、간삼개병위，이급기체、기허、한、열、습、식적등병성。결론：수착연구적개전，공능성소화불량적중의변증표준월래월철현“비실건운”저일핵심병궤。
Objective:To clarify TCM syndrome distribution pattern of functional dyspepsia and their differentiation standards cov-ered in modern clinical literatures.Methods:TCM syndrome distribution of functional dyspepsia and their differentation standards were extracted from the selected literatures by searching the CNKI and VIP database,and descriptive statistics was used.Results:The included 46 studies were taken in our study concerning 37 TCM types of syndromes.The eight most frequent appeared syn-dromes were the syndrome of disharmony between the liver and stomach,deficiency of the spleen and stomach,distorted mixtures of cold with heat,food stagnation,the depressed liver with the insufficient spleen,liver stasis,deficiency-cold of the spleen and stom-ach,and heat and dampness in the spleen and stomach.Among the 8 types,abdomen distension was the common symptom,and all involving the disease location of spleen stomach and liver,caused by Qi stasis,Qi deficiency,cold,heat,dampness,and food stagna-tion.Conclusion:Dysfunction of the spleen in transport is the core pathogenesis in TCM of functional dyspepsia.
