据证立法、依法选方或遣药组方是中医辨证论治过程的具体体现。“方－证要素”对应强调了方剂中主要药物组成（即方剂要素）与其所主治的病机单元（即证候要素）的相互对应关系。解析《伤寒论》六经辨证代表方证“方剂要素”与“证候要素”的对应关系、理解经方配伍规律，对指导临床选用经方或合理组方，具有积极意义。

Determining treatment principles according to syndromes, then selecting formula according to the principles, or deci-ding on herbal medicines to compose a formula consist in syndrome differentiation of Chinese medicine.Correspondence between“syndrome and formula factors” reflects the corresponding relationship between dominant medicine ( formula-factors) and the path-ogenesis ( syndrome-factors) .By analyzing the corresponding relationship between formula-factors and syndrome-factors of repre-sentative formula of six meridians from Treatise on Febrile Disease, and understanding compatibility of classical formulas is condu-cive to guiding selection and composition of classical formula in clinical practice.
