客户流失是企业面临的一项突出问题。防止客户流失、尽力维系与挽留客户已成为企业经营与发展的一项重要课题。本文利用C5．0决策树算法建立了一种客户流失的预测模型，并利用中国邮政短信服务的400多万条实际业务数据，对模型的有效性进行了实证研究。研究结果表明，该模型提供了较高的命中率和覆盖率，具有良好的预警功能，可帮助企业及时发现有可能流失的客户，最大程度减少客户流失。

Customer churn is an outstanding problem in the enterprise management . Avoiding the customer churn ,trying to maintain and detain the customers has already become an important project in the management and development of the enterprise .The C5 .0 decision tree algorithm is used to build a customer churn alarm model and the model is used in the short message service in Chinese postal enterprise for an empirical study .The study result shows that the model can provide a high hit rate and coverage rate ,and has a good early warning function .It can help the enterprise timely find the potential losing customers and reduce farthest the customer churn .
