本文以黔东南产仙鹤草为材料,测定其原花青素含量和抗氧化能力,为黔东南产仙鹤草开发利用提供依据。采用微波辅助提取原花青素,通过紫外分光光度计,采用铁盐催化法测定原花青素的含量,用DPPH自由基法测定仙鹤草原花青素的抗氧化能力。实验结果表明,黔东南产仙鹤草原花青素的含量较高,为236.60 mg/g ,对DPPH自由基的清除率30μg/mL时高达92.85%。黔东南州产仙鹤草原花青素含量和抗氧化能力都较高,开发价值大。

This paper determined the procyanidin content and its antioxidation in Agrimonia pilosa Ledeb from Qindongnan so as to provide basis for the development of procyanidin. The vanillin-glacial acetic acid spectrophotometry was used to determine procyanidin content in A. pilosa, The scavenging activities on DPPH free radical were evaluated by spectrophotometry. The experiments results showed that the procyanidin content and antioxidation was higher in A. Pilosa, and the procyanidin content was 236.60 mg/g, DPPH free radical clearance rate was 92.85%(30 μg/mL) . The procyanidin content and antioxidation in A. Pilosa from Qiandongnan were higher, so it was a kind of medicinal plants with high value for development..
