目的：自体脂肪颗粒移植修复颞部凹陷的研究方法在脂肪供区行局部肿胀麻醉，注射器抽取脂肪颗粒，过滤提纯后行颞部多点多层次多隧道填充，填充量为实际缺损量的1．2－1．3倍结果术后随访18月89列患者除8列行二次填充外，其他均一次填充，填充效果理想，轮廓自然，患者满意结论自体脂肪颗粒移植效果肯定，值得推广应用．
목적：자체지방과립이식수복섭부요함적연구방법재지방공구행국부종창마취，주사기추취지방과립，과려제순후행섭부다점다층차다수도전충，전충량위실제결손량적1．2－1．3배결과술후수방18월89렬환자제8렬행이차전충외，기타균일차전충，전충효과이상，륜곽자연，환자만의결론자체지방과립이식효과긍정，치득추엄응용．
