目的：评价喜炎平与炎琥宁治疗小儿急性支气管炎临床疗效。方法：选取某院2012年5月至2014年8月收治的100例小儿急性支气管炎患者为研究对象，经本院伦理委员会批准及患者家属知情同意下由临床医师采取等距随机抽样法分为对照组与研究组各50例，对照组采取常规治疗＋炎琥宁滴注治疗，研究组采用常规治疗＋喜炎平注射液治疗，7d后比对两组患儿临床疗效及不良反应率。结果：7d后后研究组患儿临床治疗总有效率92％、不良反应率8％、与对照组82％、18％相比较，组间差异具有统计学意义（P＜0．05）。结论：喜炎平佐治小儿急性支气管炎相较于炎琥宁疗效更佳且不良反应率低、安全性高，值得在今后临床工作中推广使用。

objective:to evaluate xi phlogistic flat and inflammation Hu bet er clinical curative ef ect of treatment of children with acute bronchitis.Methods:selecting a hospital in May 2012 to August 2014,100 cases of pediatric patients with acute bronchitis as the research object,and with the approval of the ethics commit ee at our hospital and the patients'families informed consent by the clinician to isometric random sampling method was divided into control group and the team al the 50 cases,control group treated with conventional treatment +potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate,the team based on conventional treatment +xi phlogistic flat injection treatment,after 7 d than children with two groups of clinical curative ef ect and adverse reaction rate.Results:after 7 d after the team with the clinical total ef ective rate 92%,adverse reaction rate was 8%,compared with the control group were 82%,18%,dif erences between groups with statistical significance (P <0.05).Conclusion:xi phlogistic flat George infantile acute bronchitis than potassium sodium dehydroandroan drographolide succinate rather bet er curative ef ect and adverse reaction rate is low,high security,is worth popularizing in clinical work in future.
