总结应用尤创呼吸机患者并发腹胀的临床观察及处理体会。应用无创呼吸机患者并发腹胀的主要原因为患者配合不佳、肠蠕动减弱、低氧血症、感染及应用抗生素、低血钾。经积极对症护理后，43例腹胀明显缓解，4例腹胀无缓解，因病情危莺。行气管插管机械通气。
總結應用尤創呼吸機患者併髮腹脹的臨床觀察及處理體會。應用無創呼吸機患者併髮腹脹的主要原因為患者配閤不佳、腸蠕動減弱、低氧血癥、感染及應用抗生素、低血鉀。經積極對癥護理後，43例腹脹明顯緩解，4例腹脹無緩解，因病情危鶯。行氣管插管機械通氣。
총결응용우창호흡궤환자병발복창적림상관찰급처리체회。응용무창호흡궤환자병발복창적주요원인위환자배합불가、장연동감약、저양혈증、감염급응용항생소、저혈갑。경적겁대증호리후，43례복창명현완해，4례복창무완해，인병정위앵。행기관삽관궤계통기。
