目的:建立RP-HPLC法测定明珠颗粒(决明子、制何首乌、珍珠目等)中大黄素含量的方法。方法:采用Al tech Apol o C18(5um,4.6×150mm)色谱柱,柱温为25℃,流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸(75:25),检测波长为290nm,流速为1.0ml/min。结果:大黄素在上述色谱条件下,分离效果良好,在进样量0.07248~0.3624ug范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为98.26%。结论:本方法操作较简单、准确、灵敏,可作为明珠颗粒中大黄素含量的质量控制方法。

목적:건립RP-HPLC법측정명주과립(결명자、제하수오、진주목등)중대황소함량적방법。방법:채용Al tech Apol o C18(5um,4.6×150mm)색보주,주온위25℃,류동상위갑순-0.1%린산(75:25),검측파장위290nm,류속위1.0ml/min。결과:대황소재상술색보조건하,분리효과량호,재진양량0.07248~0.3624ug범위내정량호적선성관계(r=0.9999),평균가양회수솔위98.26%。결론:본방법조작교간단、준학、령민,가작위명주과립중대황소함량적질량공제방법。
Objective:An RP-HPLC method has been established for the determination of Emodin in Mingzhu Granule.Methed:The Al tech Apol o C18(5um ,4.6 ×150mm)was used.The mobile phase consisted of methanol-0.1%Phosphoric Acid solution(75:25).The detection wave length was 290nm and the flow rate was 1.0ml/min.Result:the calibration curves of Emodin 0.07248~0.3624ug.The average recovery was 98.26%.Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate and suitable to control the quality of Mingzhu Granule.
