信息技术能力已成为信息化社会教师必备的专业能力,2014年6月,教育部颁布了《中小学教师信息技术应用能力标准(试行)》,开启了中小学教师新一轮信息技术应用能力提升培训。为了了解现阶段中小学教师信息技术应用能力水平,为能力提升培训的实施提供依据。该文以湖北、河南、安徽和广西四个省市中35个市区的414名中小学教师为调研对象,从标准的角度对其信息化应用能力现状开展较为全面的调研。结果表明中小学教师应用信息技术优化课堂教学能力的达标情况优于转变学习方式的能力。根据测评结果对中小学教师信息应用能力培训提出建议,也为我国推进信息化环境下教师队伍的建设提供借鉴。

The ICT competency has become the essential information society teachers’ professional ability. In 2014 June, the Ministry of Education promulgated the “standards of teacher’s ICT competency in primary and secondary schools(Trial)”,opened a new round of upgrading training of information technology application ability for teachers in primary and secondary school. It provides a basis to understand the level of teacher’s ability of applying information technology in primary and secondary schools at the present stage and implement the upgrading training of ability. This paper takes the 414 teachers that coming from the 35 urban area of Hubei, Henan, Anhui and Guangxi four provinces and cities in primary and secondary schools as the research object, to carry out comprehensive investigation on the current situation of ICT competency from the standard angle. The results show that the standards of applying information technology to optimize the classroom teaching ability in primary and secondary school teachers are precedent than the ability of transforming learning mode. According to the evaluation result, it provides suggestions for information application ability training of primary and secondary school teachers and references for our country to promote the construction of teachers under information environment.
