目的：探讨超声弹性成像技术在乳腺良、恶性肿块鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法以术后病理诊断为金标准，对78例（117个）乳腺结节患者行超声，分析弹性成像在诊断乳腺肿块良、恶性的准确性。结果经病理得出结果，其中良性有43例，结节数共76个，恶性有35例，结节数共41个。采用超声弹性成像5分评分法，其结果为敏感度86.53%，特异度88.61%，准确度89.14%。结论超声弹性成像技术在乳腺良、恶性肿块的诊断及鉴别诊断具有一定的应用价值。

목적：탐토초성탄성성상기술재유선량、악성종괴감별진단중적응용개치。방법이술후병리진단위금표준，대78례（117개）유선결절환자행초성，분석탄성성상재진단유선종괴량、악성적준학성。결과경병리득출결과，기중량성유43례，결절수공76개，악성유35례，결절수공41개。채용초성탄성성상5분평분법，기결과위민감도86.53%，특이도88.61%，준학도89.14%。결론초성탄성성상기술재유선량、악성종괴적진단급감별진단구유일정적응용개치。
Objective to investigate the elastography value in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast lumps. Methods pathological diagnosis as the gold standard, to ultrasound breast nodules of the 78 cases (117), analysis the elastography check the accuracy of diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses. Results The pathological ifndings of 43 cases of benign, a total of 76 nodules, the vicious 35 cases, a total of 41 nodules. Ultrasound elastography 5 score, sensitivity 86.53%, speciifcity 88.61%, 89.14%accuracy.Conclusion Ultrasound elastography in breast diagnosis and differential diagnosis of malignant tumors has certain application value.
