目的：探讨循证护理在预防植入式静脉输液港并发症中的临床应用效果。方法对177例乳腺癌接受植入式静脉输液港化疗患者，运用循证思维方法对植入静脉输液港并发症进行寻求实证，针对常见及严重的并发症进行查找原因，制订切合实际的护理对策，实施预见性的护理。结果通过及时的观察与针对性护理，有效减少了乳腺癌患者植入静脉输液港并发症的发生。结论循证护理在预防植入式静脉输液港并发症中的临床实践，能对护理工作提供科学的指导，保证了临床化疗的顺利进行。

Objective to explore the clinical application of evidence-based nursing in the prevention effect of the implanted venous port complications in the. Methods 177 cases with breast cancer received implanted venous port chemotherapy patients, the use of evidence-based thinking method of implanted vein transfusion port complications were seeking to ifnd empirical, reason for the common and serious complications, nursing countermeasures of formulating practical, implementation of predictive nursing. Results through timely observation and nursing for breast implants, and effectively reduce the occurrence of cancer patients with venous port complications. Conclusion the evidence-based nursing in clinical practice of the implanted venous port to prevent complications of, it can provide scientific guidance to nursing work, ensure the smooth progress of clinical chemotherapy.
