目的：观察护理干预对支气管哮喘患者吸入糖皮质激素依从性的影响。方法将2010年至2013年本院收治的60例吸入糖皮质激素依从性差的哮喘患者作为本次的研究对象，按照随机原则将所有患者分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例患者，对对照组患者采用激素吸入治疗，对观察组患者除了采用药物治疗之外，还需要分析患者治疗依从性差的原因，并对其采用健康护理干预，比较两组患者吸入糖皮质激素依从性、症状改善情况。结果两组相比，对照组患者吸入糖皮质激素依从性比观察组患者吸入糖皮质激素依从性差，哮喘改善情况也不如观察组患者的哮喘改善情况，两组之间具有统计学差异，P＜0．01。结论对支气管哮喘患者进行有针对性的健康护理干预，有助于提高支气管哮喘患者激素吸入治疗依从性，有助于有效控制患者的哮喘症状，使其症状得以改善。

Objective to observe the effect of nursing intervention on the compliance of inhaled corticosteroids on bronchial asthma.Methods from 2010 to 2013 in our hospital 60 cases of inhaled corticosteroids poor compliance of asthma patients as the research object in this time, all patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group, each group 30 patients, thepatients in the control group treatment with inhaled corticosteroids,in addition to the use of drugs to patients in the observation grouptreatment outside, still need to analyze the reasons of poortreatment compliance of patients, and the use of health careintervention on its, compared two groups of patients taking inhaled corticosteroids compliance, symptom improvement. compared with the Results of two groups,the control of glucocorticoid adherence toinhaled corticosteroids poor compliance than the patients in the observation group patients inhaled asthma, improve the situation is not as observation group patients with asthma to improve the situation, with statistically signiifcant difference between the two groups,P<0.01.Conclusion the bronchial asthma patients with health care intervention, help to improve the hormone in patients with bronchial asthma inhaledtreatment compliance and contribute to the effective control of patients with asthma symptoms, the symptoms can be improved.
