目的:观察留置胃管期间患者的不适程度和相关因素,为有效的护理干预提供依据。方法2013年3月到2014年3月采用自行设计的《患者留置胃管期间不适与相关因素的调查》对我院普外科留置胃管期间的患者进行问卷调查。结果发现患者有鼻咽部疼(93.7%),鼻咽部干燥(93.2%),恶心(48.5%),呕吐(10.1%),排痰困难(94.9%),语言表达能力受限(93.2%),影响睡眠(80.2%),影响翻身(30.5%),非计划性拔管意向(36.7%),非计划性拔管(2.2%)等现象。结论普通外科留置胃管期间的患者均存在不同程度的不适反应,护理人员应根据患者反应的不适因素提供有效的干预措施,从而减轻患者的痛苦,提高患者满意度,降低非计划性拔管发生率。

Objective to investigate the degree of discomfort responses caused by indwelling gastric tubes and analyzing inlfuential factors.Methods the research involved the patients with indwelling gastric tubes in general surgical departments from 2013 March to 2014 March.Results the discomfort responses caused by inserting gastric tubes included throat discomfort(93.7%), throat dry(93.2%), nausea(48.5%), vomiting(10.1%), phlegm dififcult(94.9%), limited language power of expression(93.2%), sleeping affect(80.2%), affect the turm(30.5%), intention of the tube drawing out of plan(36.7%) and the tube drawing out of plan(2.2%).Conclusion all patients with indwelling gastric tubes have different levels of discomfort responses. nurses should take specific measures based on the above influencing factors to relieve the pain of patients with indwelling gastric tubes and improve patient satisfaction and thereby to decrease the rate of self-extubation.
