目的：探讨鲜猪胆汁冷敷治疗胺碘酮致静脉炎的疗效。方法将胺碘酮所致静脉炎病人随机分为两组，观察组使用鲜猪胆汁冷敷治疗；对照组予50%硫酸镁与喜疗妥软膏交替外敷治疗。结果观察组静脉炎治疗效果明显优于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取鲜猪胆汁冷敷治疗胺碘酮致静脉炎的疗效明显优于50%硫酸镁与喜疗妥软膏交替外敷治疗。
목적：탐토선저담즙랭부치료알전동치정맥염적료효。방법장알전동소치정맥염병인수궤분위량조，관찰조사용선저담즙랭부치료；대조조여50%류산미여희료타연고교체외부치료。결과관찰조정맥염치료효과명현우우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론채취선저담즙랭부치료알전동치정맥염적료효명현우우50%류산미여희료타연고교체외부치료。
Objective to study the effect of fresh pig bile cold compress on phlebitis induced by amiodarone. Method Patients with phlebitis caused by amiodarone were divided into two groups randomly, the observation group treated with fresh pig bile cold compress, while the control group with 50%magnesium sulfate alternating with hirudoid ointment topical treatment. Results the effect of observation group was obviously better than control group on phlebitis (P<0.05). Conclusion the curative effect of fresh pig bile cold compresses was better than 50%magnesium sulfate alternating with hirudoid ointment topical treatment on phlebitis induced by amiodarone.
