目的：探讨人乳头状瘤病毒分型检测的意义。方法采集妇科宫颈液基细胞学（tct）检查结果为 asc-Us 的855例患者，对 HPV dna 检测和阴道镜下宫颈活检进行分析。结果855例患者中宫颈炎498例，cin Ⅰ228例，cin Ⅱ60例、cin Ⅲ60例、宫颈浸润癌9例.asc-Us 中 HPV dna 在855例患者中414例 HPV dna 检测为阳性，阳性率随病变严重程度的增加而增加。结论 HPV dna 阳性则预示宫颈发生高度病变的风险增加，对 asc-Us 患者行 HPV dna 检测可以发现90%以上的宫颈高度病变。
목적：탐토인유두상류병독분형검측적의의。방법채집부과궁경액기세포학（tct）검사결과위 asc-Us 적855례환자，대 HPV dna 검측화음도경하궁경활검진행분석。결과855례환자중궁경염498례，cin Ⅰ228례，cin Ⅱ60례、cin Ⅲ60례、궁경침윤암9례.asc-Us 중 HPV dna 재855례환자중414례 HPV dna 검측위양성，양성솔수병변엄중정도적증가이증가。결론 HPV dna 양성칙예시궁경발생고도병변적풍험증가，대 asc-Us 환자행 HPV dna 검측가이발현90%이상적궁경고도병변。
objective: to investigate the HPV Genotyping.Methods :855 patients proved asc-Us by test for the cervical HPV dna testing and biopsies through colposcopy were analyzed.result:there were 498 cervicitis in the 855 patients,cinⅠ 228 cases,cin Ⅱ 60 cases,cin Ⅲ 60 cases,invasive cervical cancer 9 cases,the positive rate increases with the severity of disease.conclusion: the risk of cervical HPV dna -positive is indicative of the occurrence of lesions increase the risk of asc-Us patients with HPV dna testing can be found in more than 90% of high-grade cervical lesions.
