目的：预见性护理干预对恶性肿瘤患者及家属的心理影响。方法总结患者及家属在不同时期的心理问题、实施预见性护理策略。结果患者及家属对整体治疗过程中可能发生的变化先知先觉，心理接受能力提高，从而降低其烦躁及无助的心理反应。结论预见性护理干预在恶性肿瘤治疗中起到了减缓其对疾病的恐惧、绝望的心理压力。帮助患者战胜疾病，提高生活质量。促进护患和谐。
