目的：探讨血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症的临床效果。方法回顾性分析了2012年12月～2013年12月我院收治的68例尿毒症患者的临床资料，随机分为观察组和对照组，观察组采用血液灌流联合血液透析治疗，对照组给予血液透析治疗。比对两组治疗效果及临床症状改善情况。结果观察组治疗前后 scr、β2-MG、PtH、BUn 水平降低差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。对照组 scr、BUn 治疗前后差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。观察组治疗前后食欲、皮肤瘙痒、睡眠等症状改变比对照组明显，两组比较差异有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）。结论血液灌流联合血液透析治疗尿毒症临床效果较好，能明显改善临床症状，值得推广。

Objective to investigate the clinical efficacy of hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis for uremia. Methods retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 68 cases of 2012 decembe to 2013 december in uremic patients in our hospital, were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, the observation group with hemoperfusion combined with hemodialysis therapy, the control group were given hemodialysis treatment. a comparison of two treatment group and clinical symptoms improve. Results observation group before and after the treatment of scr, beta 2 - MG, PtH, BUn level to reduce the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). the control scr, BUn, before and after treatment difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). observation group before and after treatment of appetite, skin itching, symptoms such as sleep change than the control group obviously, the more similar between the two groups was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion the blood perfusion combined with uremia hemodialysis treatment effect is good, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms, is worth promoting.
