目的：探讨高龄患者胃肠肿瘤腹腔镜手术的可行性。方法回顾分析我院2011年01月至2014年06月，高龄患者（≥80岁）腹腔镜胃肠肿瘤手术治疗26例的临床资料。结果26例高龄患者腹腔镜胃肠肿瘤手术均取得成功。结论严格把握手术适应症、术前充分准备、熟练规范的手术操作、全面综合的术后处理等，高龄患者胃肠肿瘤行腹腔镜手术是安全、可行的。

목적：탐토고령환자위장종류복강경수술적가행성。방법회고분석아원2011년01월지2014년06월，고령환자（≥80세）복강경위장종류수술치료26례적림상자료。결과26례고령환자복강경위장종류수술균취득성공。결론엄격파악수술괄응증、술전충분준비、숙련규범적수술조작、전면종합적술후처리등，고령환자위장종류행복강경수술시안전、가행적。
Objective to investigate the feasibility of elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumors laparoscopic surgery. Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital from January 2011 to June 2014, elderly patients (≥80 years old) laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor surgery in 26 cases of treatment. Results 26 cases of elderly patients with gastrointestinal tumors laparoscopic surgery were successful. Conclusion strictly control surgical indications, preoperative fully prepared, skilled operative norms, comprehensive post-operative treatment, elderly patients with gastrointestinal cancer undergoing laparoscopic surgery is safe and feasible.
