胃癌干细胞（gastric cancer stem cell）存在于胃癌组织中，可能来源于胃成体干细胞、骨髓细胞或由其他干细胞转化而来。目前胃癌干细胞的鉴定、分离方法主要依靠胃癌干细胞标志物，侧群细胞(side population cells，sP)细胞。大网膜乳斑及上皮间质转化有助于胃癌细胞的鉴定分离。胃癌干细胞与胃癌的治疗和预后明显相关。本文就胃癌干细胞的起源、鉴定分离与胃癌的治疗作一综述。

Gastric cancer stem cells in gastric cancer tissues, the stomach may originate from adult stem cells, bone marrow cells or by other stem cells transformed. At present, gastric cancer stem cell identification, separation methods mainly depend on gastric cancer stem cell markers, side group cells (side population cells, sP cells). Greater omentum milk spot and epithelial interstitial transformation helps to gastric cancer cell identification separation. Gastric cancer stem cells and gastric cancer treatment and prognosis were significantly related. in this paper the origin of gastric cancer stem cells, the identification of separation and the treatment of gastric cancer were summarized in this review.
