目的：研究减压干燥法在含挥发性成分中药饮片水分测定中的应用。方法采用甲苯法、减压干燥法和烘干法，分别测定丁香、砂仁、当归、川芎的水分，计算各法测定结果，并将减压干燥法和烘干法测定结果与甲苯法测定结果作对比分析。结果甲苯法、减压干燥法都可用于含挥发性成分的中药饮片水分测定，且两者所得结果无显著性差异。结论用减压干燥法测定含挥发性成分的中药饮片，操作简单、结果准确，克服了甲苯法操作繁琐、使用试剂有毒等缺点，值得推广。
目的：研究減壓榦燥法在含揮髮性成分中藥飲片水分測定中的應用。方法採用甲苯法、減壓榦燥法和烘榦法，分彆測定丁香、砂仁、噹歸、川芎的水分，計算各法測定結果，併將減壓榦燥法和烘榦法測定結果與甲苯法測定結果作對比分析。結果甲苯法、減壓榦燥法都可用于含揮髮性成分的中藥飲片水分測定，且兩者所得結果無顯著性差異。結論用減壓榦燥法測定含揮髮性成分的中藥飲片，操作簡單、結果準確，剋服瞭甲苯法操作繁瑣、使用試劑有毒等缺點，值得推廣。
목적：연구감압간조법재함휘발성성분중약음편수분측정중적응용。방법채용갑분법、감압간조법화홍간법，분별측정정향、사인、당귀、천궁적수분，계산각법측정결과，병장감압간조법화홍간법측정결과여갑분법측정결과작대비분석。결과갑분법、감압간조법도가용우함휘발성성분적중약음편수분측정，차량자소득결과무현저성차이。결론용감압간조법측정함휘발성성분적중약음편，조작간단、결과준학，극복료갑분법조작번쇄、사용시제유독등결점，치득추엄。
OBJECTIVE:To study on application of hypobaric drying method which was used to measure the moisture content of the volatile Chinese Herbal Pieces.METHODS:The toluene method, hypobaric drying method and drying method were applied to measure the moisture content of the Clove, Vilous amomum fruit, Angelica and Ligusticum separately, calculated the results and compared the result of decompression drying and drying method for water determination.RESULTS:Toluene method and Hypobaric drying method can be both used to measure the moisture content of the volatile Chinese Herbal Pieces. There is not significance difference between hypobaric drying method and toluene method.CONCLUSIONS:Hypobaric drying method which operate simply, determine accurately,overcome shortcoming of operation complex and having poison is worth popularizing to measure the moisture content of the volatile Chinese Herbal Pieces.
