目的：探讨应用Endobutton钢板治疗踝关节骨折中合并下胫腓联合分离的临床疗效以及临床意义。方法采用Endobutton钢板治疗踝关节骨折中合并下胫腓联合分离患者10例，术前均行踝关节应力位X片及踝关节三维CT检查，以明确诊断。术后随访观察切口愈合，并发症发生及患肢功能恢复情况。结果经8～12个月随访，以最后一次随访资料作为评价依据。AOFAS踝关节功能评分均较术前明显提高。结论应用Endobutton钢板治疗踝关节骨折中合并下胫腓联合分离，操作简单，创伤小，并发症少，恢复了下胫腓联合的正常运功功能、作用确切，允许早期功能锻炼，有助于踝关节功能的恢复，临床效果优良。

Objective To explore the clinical curative effect of the treatment of the application of Endobutton steel in ankle joint fracture combined with inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis separation and clinical significance. Methods Endobutton plate in the treatment of ankle fractures in patients with isolated distal tibiofibular joint in 10 cases, al the patients underwent ankle stress X and ankle joint 3D CT examination to confirm the diagnosis. Observed the incision healing after surgery, complications and functional recovery of limb. Results after 8-12 months folow-up to last folow-up data as a basis for evaluation. AOFAS ankle joint function scores were significantly increased. Conclusion the application of Endobutton plate in the treatment of ankle fracture combined with inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis separation, simple operation, less trauma, less complications, restore the normal operation of inferior tibiofibular joint function, the exact role, alow early functional exercise, help the ankle function recovery, the clinical effect is good.
