目的:通过对手术患者护理工作满意度调查,分析工作中存在的不足而提出积极有效的应对措施。方法:采用问卷调查方式,对手术患者进行满意度调查,将调查表中对护理工作不满意的因素进行分析并提出改进措施。结果:患者对手术室护理工作不满意的因素依次是“您知道负责您手术的护士吗”“当您入手术室时,接待您的护士是否向您作自我介绍”“护士是否给您介绍麻醉医生及麻醉方式”“护士是否与其他医护人员谈论与手术无关的话题”等,针对反馈意见提出改进措施。经过持续质量改进后,满意度由初81.4%上升到96.5%.(P<0.05)。结论:通过对手术患者进行手术室护理工作满意度调查分析,针对影响满意度因素,了解手术患者的反馈意见,促使护士长及时发现护理工作中的问题,并采取有效地改进措施,提升手术室服务内涵,拉近了护患之间的沟通距离,使手术室护理工作质量进一步提高,满意度也随之明显上升。

Objective: To investigate the nursing job satisfaction of surgical patients, and analysis the shortcomings in the work to propose the effective measures to deal with the problems. Methods: A questionnaire survey of surgical patients satisfaction surveys , questionnaires would be analyzed in the views of care factors and propose improvements . Results : Patients on operating room nursing job dissatisfaction factors folowed by " You know your surgical nurse who in charge of it ," "When you enter the operating room , whether the reception nurse introduce herself to you or not ," " Whether the nurse introduce anesthetist and anesthesia to you or not , " " Nurses and other medical staff are talking about nothing to do with the topic of surgery ", etc. In response to feedback we put forward the improvement measures. By continuous quality improvement, satisfaction rose from the beginning of 81.4% to 96.5%. (P<0.05). Conclusion: By the analysis of operation room nursing job satisfaction survey of surgical patients, in view of the influence factors of satisfaction, understanding the feedback of surgical patients, promote the head nurse find problems in nursing work timely and take effective measures to improve and enhance the operating room service connotation , closer the communication distance between nurses and patients , so that the quality of nursing in operation room is improved further , and satisfaction would be rosed significantly also.
