目的：探讨利巴韦林气雾剂局部喷射与静脉滴注治疗手足口病普通病例的疗效。方法：将2013年4月至2013年8月确诊的手足口病普通病例患儿111例按就诊时间依次分为对照组和治疗组，两组均在常规治疗的基础上，对照组给予利巴韦林注射液静脉滴注，治疗组给予利巴韦林气雾剂治疗，观察两组临床疗效和不良反应。结果：治疗组的口腔溃疡与皮疹消退时间明显短于对照组（6．5±1．1d vs 7．4±1．6 d，P ＜0．05），但两组退热时间无明显差异（1．0±0．4 d vs 1．0±0．6 d，P＞0．05）。结论：与利巴韦林静脉滴注相比，利巴韦林气雾剂在治疗手足口病普通病例具有更好的临床效果。
목적：탐토리파위림기무제국부분사여정맥적주치료수족구병보통병례적료효。방법：장2013년4월지2013년8월학진적수족구병보통병례환인111례안취진시간의차분위대조조화치료조，량조균재상규치료적기출상，대조조급여리파위림주사액정맥적주，치료조급여리파위림기무제치료，관찰량조림상료효화불량반응。결과：치료조적구강궤양여피진소퇴시간명현단우대조조（6．5±1．1d vs 7．4±1．6 d，P ＜0．05），단량조퇴열시간무명현차이（1．0±0．4 d vs 1．0±0．6 d，P＞0．05）。결론：여리파위림정맥적주상비，리파위림기무제재치료수족구병보통병례구유경호적림상효과。
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Ribavirin aerosol and Ribavirin injection in treatment of mild patients with hand-foot-mouth disease in children. Methods: One hundred and eleven pediatric patients with hand-foot-mouth disease were divided into two groups randomly with different treatment time , cases in control group were treated with Ribavirin injection,cases in treatment group were treated with Ribavirin aerosol. The clinical efficacy and side actions were compared between the two groups. Results:The regression time of herpes and oral ulcer in the treatment group was significantly shorter than those in the control group(6.5±1.1 days vs 7.4±1.6 days,P<0.05). But there was no difference in duration of defervescence between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion: Ribavirin aerosol have better clinical efficacy in treatment of pediatric patients with milder hand-foot-mouth disease.
