中国病理检验技术医学教育模式有别于国外教育，具有自身特色和不足。通过与日本成熟教育体系的比较，以期相互借鉴、取长补短，为我国的病理检验技术教学提供有益的借鉴。该文从课程设置、授课方式、教学模式、常规工作、职称考试时间、授课方法等方面对中日两国病理检验技术医学教育现状进行了分析，并提出了教学改革的建议。

Chinese education mode of pathological inspection technology , which is different from foreign ones , has its own characteristics and deficiencies .By comparing it with the mature Japanese education system , we can learn from the successful experience while preserving our advantages to provide reference for ours.For this purpose , we analyze pathological inspection technology medical education system in China and Japan regarding the curriculum , teaching modals , routine work , time of professional title examination and teaching methods .Then some suggestions on teaching reform are also made .
