医疗纠纷日益增多，已成为影响医疗秩序和社会安定的一个因素。为了让在校医学生系统、全面认识医疗纠纷，提高医学生的综合素质，各地医学院校纷纷开设《医疗纠纷处理与防范》相关课程。文章分析了医学院校《医疗纠纷处理与防范》课程教学现状和存在问题，以期对课程教学进行调整和改革，从而能够更好地提高教学效果。

An increasing number of medical disputes have become a factor that affects medical care order and social stability .Most medical colleges in China have offered courses related to medical dispute settlement and prevention in order to make student have a systematic and comprehensive understanding of medical disputes and improve their comprehensive quality .This paper discusses the present situation and problems of teaching Medical Dispute Settlement and Prevention , in the hope of improving the teaching effect by adjusting and reforming the teaching of this course .
