输电线路上的电力金具能耗问题一直倍受关注,通过有限元仿真分析了复合材料电力金具的磁通密度、涡流密度的分布及能耗。在实验室中模拟比对了铸铁类、铝合金类和复合材料类材质金具的能耗,仿真分析和模拟试验均表明,复合材料电力金具是一种优良的节能金具,值得推广应用。

Energy consumption of power fittings on transmission lines is always a matter of great concern. By finite element simulation, distribution and energy consumption of magnetic flux density and vortex density of power fittings are analyzed. Energy consumptions of cast ion fittings, aluminum alloy fittings and composite fittings are simulated and compared in the laboratory. The simulation analysis and simulation test show that the composite power fittings are significantly energy-efficient and are worth promotion and application.
