智能变电站的继电保护二次回路由直观的二次接线转变为不直观的网络数据流,扩建过程中必须考虑新间隔对运行间隔的影响,应采取合理恰当的安全措施。在分析了智能变电站检修机制的基础上,提出了220 kV母差保护不停电扩建的安全措施和扩建策略,并通过220 kV文津变电站220 kV出线间隔扩建工程,验证了扩建策略的正确性和安全措施的可靠性。
智能變電站的繼電保護二次迴路由直觀的二次接線轉變為不直觀的網絡數據流,擴建過程中必鬚攷慮新間隔對運行間隔的影響,應採取閤理恰噹的安全措施。在分析瞭智能變電站檢脩機製的基礎上,提齣瞭220 kV母差保護不停電擴建的安全措施和擴建策略,併通過220 kV文津變電站220 kV齣線間隔擴建工程,驗證瞭擴建策略的正確性和安全措施的可靠性。

The intuitive secondary circuits of relay protection have been changed into abstract network data streams in intelligent substation. During the extension, influence of new interval on the operation interval must be taken into account and reasonable and appropriate safety measures must be adopted. On the basis of ana-lyzing maintenance mechanism for intelligent substation, safety measures and extension strategy of 220 kV busbar differential protection without power cut have been proposed;furthermore, correctness of the extension strategy and reliability of safety measures have been proved by the interval extension project of 220 kV outgo-ing lines in 220 kV Wenjin intelligent substation.
