以燕山山地华北落叶松人工林为研究对象,从不同林龄(16 a、23 a、34 a、42 a )、不同浓度(0.001 g/m L、0.005 g/m L、0.010 g/m L、0.050 g/m L、0.100 g/m L )等方面研究了叶凋落物对落叶松种子萌发和幼苗生长的自毒作用。结果表明:不同林龄、不同浓度华北落叶松叶凋落物水浸液处理均抑制华北落叶松种子的萌发和幼苗的生长,不同浓度的发芽率、发芽指数、胚根长、胚芽长、苗高及地径的抑制作用均呈现:42 a>34 a>23 a>16 a ,随着浓度增加,不同林龄凋落物水浸液的抑制作用增强;不同林龄落叶松水浸液对种子萌发和幼苗生长具有不同程度的抑制作用,以0.100 g/m L的42 a落叶松凋落物水浸液抑制作用最强,发芽率和发芽指数分别降低64%和68%,胚根和胚芽长分别降低54%和45%,苗高和地径分别降低55%和78%。

This article takes Larix principis‐rupprechtii forest plantation in Yanshan moun‐tainous area as research object to study the autotoxicity of litter extract of Larix principis‐rup p rechtii at differentages (16 a ,23 a ,34 a and 42 a) and different concentration (0 .001 g/mL ,0 .005 g/mL ,0 .010 g/mL ,0 .050 g/mL and 0 .100 g/mL ) on seed germination and seedling growth .The results show that different treatments with litter extracts of leaves at different stand stages can constrain the seed germination and seedling growth ,with inhibi‐ting effect of litter extract at different concentration on germination rate ,germination index , radicle length ,embryo length ,seedling height as well as ground diameter being 42 a>34 a>23 a>16 a .With the increase of its concentration ,the inhibiting effect increases ,and the 42 a litter extract of leaves at 0 .100 g/mL reaches the strongest inhibitory effect ,while the ger‐mination rate ,germination index ,radicle ,embryo length ,seedling height and ground diam‐eter decrease by 64% ,68% ,54% ,45% ,55% and 78% ,respectively .
