利用1971-2008年黑龙江省80个观测站的霜冻资料进行统计分析,总结出霜冻的分布特征。并且对2001年9月21日出现在黑龙江省的典型的霜冻天气过程进行分析,得出:本次过程是由贝加尔湖宽广脊前偏北气流引导极地冷空气南下,从而影响黑龙江省。地面为稳定少动的高压系统控制,天气晴好,风力较小,湿度小,晴空静风有利于地面辐射降温,从而造成黑龙江省南部地区出现了大范围的霜冻。
利用1971-2008年黑龍江省80箇觀測站的霜凍資料進行統計分析,總結齣霜凍的分佈特徵。併且對2001年9月21日齣現在黑龍江省的典型的霜凍天氣過程進行分析,得齣:本次過程是由貝加爾湖寬廣脊前偏北氣流引導極地冷空氣南下,從而影響黑龍江省。地麵為穩定少動的高壓繫統控製,天氣晴好,風力較小,濕度小,晴空靜風有利于地麵輻射降溫,從而造成黑龍江省南部地區齣現瞭大範圍的霜凍。

Statistical analysis was performed to summarize the distribution characteristics of early frost in Hei-longjiang province with 80 observation stations data from 1971 to 2008, and the typical frost process happened on September 21,2001 was analyzed at the same time. The results show that, the process is caused by northerly flow before Lake Baikal broad ridge guiding the polar cold air southward. For the ground is controlled by stable high pressure system, the weather is fine, and the wind and humidity is small. Clear static wind is conductive to ground radiation cooling, and it caused the wide range of frost appear in the southern area of Heilongjiang provice.
