对筛选出的22份糙皮侧耳(Pleurotus ostreatus)种质资源农艺性状进行了遗传多样性和聚类分析,结果表明这些种质存在丰富的遗传多样性,其中多样性指数最高的是菌盖厚度(1.96 cm)和菌柄直径(1.94 cm);7个数量性状都存在较大的变异,变异系数幅度为13.16%~35.57%,遗传多样性指数平均为1.83;菌盖颜色和菌柄硬度2个质量性状的多样性指数平均为0.78;基于各种质间主要农艺性状的遗传差异,将22份糙皮侧耳种质资源分为3大类群。第Ⅰ类群原基形成时间长,产量较低;第Ⅱ类群种质资源菌柄软、颜色深,产量较高;第Ⅲ类群为高产型类群,该类群种质资源原基形成时间短、菌柄硬、产量高。

Seven quantitative agronomic traits (mycelial growth rate, time between full colonization of substrate and primordium formation,pileus diameter,pileus thickness,stipe length,stipe diameter,and biological efficiency based on total yield from first and second flushes)and two qualitative agronomic traits (color and hardness of stipes ) were recorded during the cultivation of 22 Pleurotus ostreatus strains. Considerable variation was observed among the strains,which exhibited highest diversity in terms of pileus thickness and stipe diameter (diversity indices of 1.96 and 1.94,respectively).Cluster analysis based on the traits separated the stains into three groups:strains in group I produced lower than average yields and primordium formation took longer;group II strains produced higher than average yields of dark colored fruit bodies with soft stipes;primordium formation occurred earlier in group III strains,which produced higher than average yields of fruit bodies with hard stipes.
