以不同含量的蛹虫草培养基饲养经不同时间紫外辐照的果蝇,观察统计其寿命及生殖力。结果表明:蛹虫草含量为0.2%的培养基对紫外辐照果蝇的延寿作用最佳,该培养基也能显著提高紫外辐照20 min果蝇的生殖力;而紫外辐照40 min的果蝇,蛹虫草含量为0.1%的培养基可显著提高其生殖力,但随培养基中蛹虫草浓度的增加生殖力下降。

We evaluated the effects of feeding Drosophila melanogaster with preparations of a basic medium (CK)containing 11.2% corn powder,8.9% sucrose,1% agar,1% yeast powder,0.8% and propionic acid, supplemented with 0.1%,0.2% or 0.4% Cordycepsmilitaris fruit body powder,on the lifespan and fertility of the flies following 20 and 40 min exposure to UV irradiation.Preparations containing 0.2% C.militaris fruit body powder were most effective in extending the life spans,and also significantly improved fertility, among flies irradiated for 20 min.Fertility levels were also significantly higher among D.melanogaster fed preparations containing 0.1% C.militaris fruit body powder prior to 40 min UV irradiation,but lower among irradiated flies fed higher concentrations.
