目的:分析冠心病患者血浆D-二聚体、纤维蛋白原与C反应蛋白程度的变化与其临床价值。方法随机抽取自2011年7月~2013年6月来我院进行治疗的90例冠心病患者作为病例组,在采集血标本前没有接受相关的药物治疗,上述患者全部被检查出典型的临床冠心病症状,同时通过心电图、心肌酶学与影像学确诊。同时随机抽取30名同期健康体检者作为对照组。上述研究对象全部在早八点前空腹采静脉血,3000 r/min,离心10 min,分离血清以及血浆后予以测检。结果病例组不同的心功能分级病人和对照组血浆D-二聚体、FiB程度进行对比,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而CRP(反应蛋白)水平差异无统计学意义,且(P>0.05)。结论血浆D-二聚体、Hs-CRP(超敏反应蛋白)与纤维蛋白原水平的检测对冠心病的诊断、掌握病人心功能受损情况与治疗分型、疗效判定都具有较高的临床价值。

Objective To analyze plasma D-dimer in patients with coronary heart disease, fibrinogen and c-reactive protein levels of change and its clinical value. Methods A random sample from July 2011-June 2013 to the hospital for treatment of 90 cases patients with coronary heart disease as a group, didn't accept before blood samples related to drug treatment, the patients are all check out the typical clinical symptoms of coronary heart disease (CHD), at the same time through electrocardiogram (ecg), myocardial enzymology and imaging diagnosis. At the same time randomly selected 30 the healthy physical examination for the same period as the control group. The object of study in all early venous blood was collected on an empty stomach before eight, 3000 revolutions per minute, centrifugal, 10 minutes after the separation of serum and plasma to be checked. Results Cases different cardiac function classiifcation of patients and the control group of plasma D-dimer, compared the FiB degree and the differences were statistically signiifcant, and (P<0.05), with no signiifcant statistical difference, CRP levels and (P>0.05). Conclusion Plasma D-dimer, Hs-the level of CRP and ifbrinogen detection, master to the diagnosis of coronary heart disease patients heart function damage and the classiifcation of treatment, efifcacy judgement has high clinical value.
