目的：探讨优化急诊救治流程在急性心肌死梗中的临床效果。方法对来我院诊治的80例患者入院资料进行分析，将其随机分为两组。对照组采用常规救治流程治疗，实验组采用优化急诊救治流程治疗，比较两组疗效。结果实验组95%疗效理想，高于对照组（85%）（P＜0.05）差异具有统计学意义；实验组95%对我院治疗总体满意，高于对照组（P＜0.05）差异具有统计学意义。结论急性心肌死梗发病率较高，抢救过程中充分体现了“时间就是生命”理念，临床上采用化急诊救治流程救治效果理想，能够提高救治成功率，值得推广使用。

목적：탐토우화급진구치류정재급성심기사경중적림상효과。방법대래아원진치적80례환자입원자료진행분석，장기수궤분위량조。대조조채용상규구치류정치료，실험조채용우화급진구치류정치료，비교량조료효。결과실험조95%료효이상，고우대조조（85%）（P＜0.05）차이구유통계학의의；실험조95%대아원치료총체만의，고우대조조（P＜0.05）차이구유통계학의의。결론급성심기사경발병솔교고，창구과정중충분체현료“시간취시생명”이념，림상상채용화급진구치류정구치효과이상，능구제고구치성공솔，치득추엄사용。
Objective to study the optimization of the emergency treatment process in the clinical effect of acute myocardial infarction (ami). Methods to analyze the data of 80 patients admitted to hospital make a diagnosis and give treatment in our, randomly divided into two groups. Control group treated with conventional treatment process, the experimental group USES the optimization of emergency treatment process, comparing two groups of therapeutic effect. Results the experimental group 95% treatment effect is ideal, higher than the control group (85%) (P<0.05); The experimental group 95% satisifed with our overall treatment, higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion the incidence of acute myocardial infarction (ami) is higher, the rescue process fully reflected the concept \"time is life\", the clinical use of emergency treatment process treatment effect is ideal, can improve the successful rate, worthy of promotion of use.
